Jessie Jin

Jessie Jin is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as Marketing Director at HCLSoftware since December 2022. Previously, Jessie held the role of Marketing Director at TIBCO, where significant accomplishments included a 50% increase in lead to opportunity conversion rates and doubling the sales pipeline year-over-year. Prior positions include Senior Director of Marketing at Blue Yonder, where Jessie achieved consistent pipeline growth and drove digital strategies during COVID-19, and Marketing Director at Oracle, responsible for establishing the Grapeshot APAC marketing function and leading critical projects during an acquisition.
