Joseph Norman

Joseph Norman, Jr. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in release management and escalation engineering. Currently serving as the Director of Release Management and Escalation Engineering at HCLSoftware since July 2019, Joseph previously held various senior roles at IBM from June 2002 to July 2019, including Program Director for Global Escalations and SWAT Engineering, where responsibilities involved leading critical situation management and strategic oversight for complex software escalations. With a strong focus on proactive problem-solving, process improvement, and team development, Joseph has consistently driven enhancements in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
