Martin Tavener is an accomplished technology sales executive with extensive experience in the software and computing industry. Currently serving as Sales CTO for HCL Commerce EMEA at HCLSoftware since July 2019, Martin previously held various positions at IBM from March 2001 to July 2019, including Sales CTO for Watson Customer Engagement and multiple architect roles. Prior to IBM, Martin worked at New Era of Networks Ltd as a Senior Technical Sales Support Consultant and held senior technical sales roles at Software AG (UK) Ltd. Martin began his career at Reed Travel Group and Eaton Ltd, where positions included Systems Services Manager and Programmer, respectively.
