Trish Hornbeck

Trish Hornbeck, MBA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at HCL Software since March 2020, previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at PAREXEL International, and was a Human Resources Business Partner at EXFO Service Assurance, Inc. from 2007 to 2018. Trish has extensive experience in developing and maintaining HR infrastructure, managing recruitment, benefits, performance assessments, and retention programs. Additional roles include Manager of Human Resources at Sigmatel/Oasis, focusing on compensation, benefits, and new hire processes, and Manager of Human Resources & Administration at ATI Research, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions and building US operations. Trish holds an MBA in International Business from Bentley University’s McCallum Graduate School of Business, a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Spanish from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
