Tushar Dutt, MBA, CPHR, CHRP, CHRL, currently serves as the Group HR Manager for Go-To-Market Americas at HCLSoftware, where responsibilities include collaborating with sales and marketing leadership to develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. Prior experience includes roles at HCLTech, Wales Young Institute, OYO, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, and Whirlpool Corporation, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development across diverse geographical markets. Tushar holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Delhi.
