Melissa Chapman

Melissa Chapman, PMP, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in educational leadership and curriculum development. Currently serving as a Project Manager at HCM Unlocked, Melissa manages multiple internal and Enterprise client projects and is instrumental in launching the PMO. Previous roles include teaching positions within the Hillsboro and West Linn Wilsonville School Districts, where Melissa designed bilingual curricula, improved assessment performance, and developed innovative courses. Earlier experience as Co-country Representative for Mennonite Central Committee involved overseeing a significant project portfolio in Guatemala/El Salvador, fostering stakeholder relationships, and enhancing project retention rates. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Teaching: Secondary Education from Willamette University and a Bachelor’s degree in History with an emphasis on Educational Ministries from George Fox University.
