Michelle P. Tien

Michelle P. Tien is a Board Member at HCMoneyball and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Michelle previously served as the Principal, Global Financial Services at Point B from January 2018 to December 2020. In this role, Michelle was responsible for spearheading business development nationally and in newly established markets, and advising financial services clients. Michelle also initiated brand awareness with C-suite executives at Fortune 100 companies and fintech firms. Prior to Point B, they served as the Global Chief Operating Officer (interim) at Credit Suisse from January 2017 to December 2018. In this role, they were responsible for revamping processes, developing policies, guiding Board and regulator communications, controlling budget/resources, and leading special projects including the first global training plan. Before Credit Suisse, Michelle served as the Office of the President - Chief of Staff at S&P Global Market Intelligence (formerly S&P Capital IQ) from January 2015 to December 2016. Michelle has a proven track record of success in the financial services industry and is an expert in scaling businesses and developing strategies for growth.

Michelle P. Tien has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, a Master of Arts (MA) from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) from the University of Pennsylvania.
