Solange Charas

Solange Charas is the founder and CEO of HCMoneyball. Solange has a long and successful history in the business world, holding positions at Columbia University, the University of Southern California, Rutgers University, and Bakken Resources, Inc. Solange is currently a member of the board of directors for the Thirty Percent Coalition and NYU SCPS. Solange was also the CEO of Charas Consulting, Inc.

Solange Charas has a PhD in management from Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, as well as a certificate in negotiations from Harvard University. Solange also has an MBA in accounting and finance from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, as well as a BA in international political economy from University of California, Berkeley. Solange is also certified by Team Coaching International as a Certified Team Coach.
