Tom Mandich

Tom Mandich has a strong background in operations management, with over 30 years of experience in the field. Tom began their career as a Field Engineer at NCR Corporation in 1979 and worked there until 1988. From 1988 to 2000, they served as an Operations Manager at BASS Inc. In 2001, they joined Crowcon Detection Instruments Ltd. as an Operations Manager and remained in that role until 2005. Tom then moved on to Crown Partners, where they worked as an Operations Manager from 2005 to 2014. At Razorfish (formally Crown Partners), they transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, focusing on Razorfish Platform Technology Systems, from 2014 to 2015. Tom then joined Re:Sources (formally Razorfish) as a Senior Operations Analyst for Field Services in North America from 2015 to 2018. Finally, they are currently working as the Director of IT at Home Care Network since February 2019. Overall, Tom Mandich has consistently demonstrated their expertise in operations management throughout their career.

Tom Mandich attended Jefferson High from 1965 to 1975. At this school, they did not receive a degree and did not specify a field of study. Subsequently, from 1975 to 1977, they enrolled in the Montgomery County Joint Vocational School and obtained a two-year certification in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician.
