Alex Vieira, MBA has extensive work experience in various organizations.

Starting in 2004, they worked at Hospital Sírio-Libanês, initially as an Intern, and then progressing to positions such as Junior Systems Analyst, Junior Business Analyst, and Senior Business Analyst. In these roles, they managed projects, administered processes and improvements in Healthcare and Supply Chain, and handled software integrations and service negotiations with partner companies.

In 2008, Alex also worked as a Professor at Escola SENAI de Informática and Senac, teaching programming languages, computer networks, system assembly and configuration, and web development.

In 2009, they joined Infoav Tecnologia da Informação as a Project Manager and New Business Manager, where they oversaw projects and developed new business opportunities until 2013.

In 2017, Alex became the National IT Manager at UnitedHealth Group, responsible for managing the functional strategy and products for Optum Global Solutions. Alex led a team of 56 multidisciplinary professionals and guided the adoption of functional strategies for the company and its clients.

From 2018 to 2020, they held the position of National Executive Manager of Systems at Rede D'Or São Luiz. In this role, they managed national systems governance, development teams in seven states, and the implementation of Agile methodologies and business analysis processes.

In 2020, Alex joined HCor as the CIO - Superintendent of IT, Innovation, and Digital Transformation. Alex led the digital transformation and technological updates within the company, overseeing areas such as systems, infrastructure, telecommunications, information security, medical informatics, analytics, product development, and digital transformation.

Additionally, Alex has taken on leadership roles in professional associations. In 2022, they became the Coordinator of the Technology and Innovation Working Group at Anahp - Associação Nacional de Hospitais Privados. Alex also held positions at ABCIS - Associação Brasileira CIO Saúde, serving as Vice President and Counselor in different periods.

Alex Vieira, MBA has a diverse education history. Alex started by earning a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Ibirapuera in 2008. In 2004, they completed a Technologist degree in Computer Networks from Senai São Paulo.

In 2010, Alex pursued further education in the field of technology by completing a Post-Graduate degree in Systems Management from FESPSP - Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Politica de São Paulo.

Realizing their interest in healthcare administration, Alex obtained an MBA in Management and Administration from BSP - Business School São Paulo in 2013. In the same year, they also pursued an International MBA in Management and Administration from Escuela de Organización Industrial.

Continuing their academic journey, Alex completed a Post-Graduate degree in Hospital Management and Health Informatics from Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa do Hospital Sírio Libanês in 2016. Following this, they earned a Degree in Dentistry (Cirurgião Dentista) with a specialization in Odontology from Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho in 2019.

Throughout their career, Alex has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include topics such as creating a culture of change, strategic human resources planning, hiring and developing future employees, HR remuneration strategies, managing high-performance professionals, creating a culture of high performance, leadership with innovation, critical thinking, disruptive innovation, executive decision-making, diversity and inclusion in a global company, management by results, providing feedback to employees, improving discernment, fundamentals of business innovation, fundamentals of Six Sigma, project budget management, creating a professional network, finance for non-financial managers, and critical thinking.
