Tarek Sardana

Tarek Sardana is a highly accomplished medical professional and business leader with extensive experience in operations, strategic leadership, and aerospace medicine. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer at Dicerra and Board Chair of Elevate Aviation, Tarek focuses on operational strategies and addressing gender disparities in the aviation industry. As Founder and Chief Medical Officer of HCP Diagnostics and Chief Medical Officer at Hatch, Tarek drives health and safety policies and the growth of mobile medical services. Tarek also leads the Canadian Society for Aerospace Medicine, mentors medical students at the University of Ottawa, and actively contributes to the RHEA Foundation Canada. Tarek's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Ottawa, a Diploma of Education in Aerospace Medicine, and ongoing studies at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
