Chetan Bhagat is an experienced architectural draftsman with a robust career spanning over three decades. Beginning in October 1985 at Jyotindra M Bhatt, Chetan Bhagat developed expertise in architectural drafting through subsequent roles at Kamal Mangaldas - India and currently at HCP Design, Planning & Management Pvt. Ltd. since April 1992. Chetan Bhagat holds a degree in Architectural Draftsmanship and Estimating from Sheth C N Technical Center, Ahmedabad.
