David Howell

David Howell serves as HCR’s Treasurer and Controller and has been with the organization for 35 years. He leads the accounting team, monitors financial performance, and helps to guide financial decision-making. Mr. Howell coordinates closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, ESOP Trustee, and outside auditors. He is a member of HCR’s ESOP Administrative Committee.
