Michelle Lee Ba Rn

Michelle Lee MA BA(Hons) RN has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as NHS Chair for the Fitness to Practice panel at NMC since August 2022 and as Regional Director North West at HCRG Care Group since December 2021. Previous roles include Managing Director at HCRG Care Group, Director of System Change and Integration at Virgin Care Limited, and Interim Service Director at Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. Michelle has held various directorial positions focused on community healthcare, operational management, and business development within the NHS, contributing to service redesign and improved patient outcomes across multiple organizations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and Leadership from the University of Leeds and a BA Hons in Health Studies from The University of Bolton, alongside nurse training completed from 1979 to 1985.
