Ryan Shortall

Ryan Shortall is currently the Recruitment Manager at HCRG Care Group, overseeing a team of 14 recruiters who onboard over 1300 new starters annually. In previous roles, Ryan worked as a Recruitment Lead managing a team of 7 recruiters, achieving 1100 hires for the company. Prior to that, Ryan gained experience in human resources and recruitment administration roles. Ryan attended Sir John Deane's Sixth Form College from 2015 to 2017.
