Greg Western

Greg Western has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Greg began their career in 1998 as a Trainee Site Manager and LUL approved site person in charge at D & D Rail. Greg then worked as a Site Manager at JJM Rail from November 2002 to April 2007. Greg transitioned to the recruitment industry and worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Beresford Blake Thomas from August 2007 to September 2008, and at Coyle Personnel from September 2008 to May 2009. Greg then took a break to travel Southeast Asia before joining HCL Social Care as a Recruitment Consultant from April 2010 to April 2011. Greg progressed in their career at HCL Social Care, taking on the role of Senior Consultant from 2011 to 2014 and Team Leader from 2014 to July 2018, where they grew the team's turnover to £12m per annum. In August 2018, Greg became the Head of HCL Mental Health, where they successfully launched HCL Mental Health and grew it into a multi-million-pound business supplying over 500 practitioners. In January 2022, they became the Head of HCL Mental Health and Sugarman Medical and Mind. Currently, Greg is working as the Associate Director - Mental Health and Mind at HCRG, leading the setup and growth of HCL Mental Health and providing excellent customer service to clients and locums.

Greg Western attended Mayflower County High from 1993 to 1998, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study.
