Neil Phelan

Neil Phelan has been with HCS Business Solutions since 2003, where Neil currently serves as the CEO. Prior to this, Neil worked as an IT Manager at Zomax Ltd from 1998 to 2003. Neil has also pursued education at Technological University Dublin and the Irish Management Institute.
