Sam Valencia

Sam Valencia has been with HCS Technology Group since January 2000, currently holding the position of Chief Strategy Officer. Sam has played a key role in developing the Connecticut branch and is actively involved in various facets of the business. Additionally, Sam was the owner of AP Technologies from January 2001 to April 2024. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
