Brittany Burke is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client implementation and relationship management in the benefits technology sector. Currently serving as a Client Implementation Consultant at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since May 2019, Brittany previously held multiple roles at bswift, including Client Relationship Manager and Associate Director of Channel Partners. In these positions, Brittany excelled in overseeing client relationships, driving productivity initiatives, and managing system configurations. Brittany started the career as a Staffing Specialist at Manpower and gained early HR experience as an intern at DCI Marketing. Brittany earned a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Western Illinois University between 2003 and 2007.
