Chavonna Williams, MBA, has extensive experience in managed care and healthcare administration, currently serving in a Managed Care-Transition of Care role at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since June 2018. Previous roles include positions at Meridian, Thresholds, Walgreens, and the Regional Mental Health Center, where responsibilities ranged from employee support to customer service and case management.
