Crystal S. is a data analytics leader with a background as a public health infection control epidemiologist. They have over a decade of experience leveraging data to derive insights across various sectors, including government and healthcare. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics Solutions at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Crystal continues to contribute to responsible AI strategy and program operations. Previously, they held multiple roles at Civis Analytics and Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, and they have also coached junior consultants to enhance client experiences. Crystal is pursuing a BA in History from Williams College and an MPH in Epidemiology from Columbia University.
