Ed Millard

Ed Millard, LMFT, MBA, possesses extensive experience in the fields of mental health and management. Currently serving as a Manager and Accreditation Specialist at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since April 2017, Ed has also been an Online Adjunct Instructor at both Ashford University and Grand Canyon University since 2012, teaching various undergraduate and graduate courses in behavioral sciences, marriage and family therapy, and counseling. Previous roles include Accreditation Consultant at Humana, HEDIS Manager at Cenpatico, Quality Assurance Specialist at DSHS, and Juvenile Rehabilitation Supervisor at Echo Glen Children's Center. Ed holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration and Management, alongside multiple degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Business Administration.
