Erin Harmon, MBA, is a seasoned healthcare and management professional with extensive experience in health insurance, project management, and leadership. Throughout their career, they have excelled as a product owner and process improvement leader, currently serving as a Sr Strategic Product Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas. Erin's previous roles include managing critical accounts at RR Donnelley and leading teams at AIM Specialty Health, where they focused on provider information management and selection processes.
