Ivan Soto has held various positions in information technology and support roles, currently serving as the Unit Manager of Infrastructure Support at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since January 2019. Previous experience includes roles as an Infrastructure Executive Support Analyst at HCSC and Support Technician II at PSAV. Ivan began in IT support at Health Care Services Corporation and Forsythe Technology, focusing on troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Additionally, Ivan has served in church leadership capacities, including Elder and Worship Director. Currently pursuing a Master of Divinity from Sioux Falls Seminary, education also includes a brief study at ITT Technical Institute-Hoffman Estates.
