Jordan Rutledge

Jordan Rutledge, MPH, serves as the Senior Manager of Program and Budget at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since April 2016. In this role, Jordan supports the leadership team in executing strategic decisions and managing communications for divisional collaboration. Previous positions at Blue Cross include Project Manager for Clinical Strategy and Accreditation Policy Specialist, where Jordan led initiatives for vendor management and coordinated medical management for accreditation audits. Prior experience includes roles at the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care and Numerof & Associates, focusing on accreditation support and marketing initiatives in healthcare, respectively. Jordan holds a Master's degree in Public Health from DePaul University and a Bachelor's degree in French from Washington University in St. Louis.
