Nathan Arnberger

Head Of Customer Experience Design Strategy

Nathan Arnberger is an experienced leader in customer experience design and operational strategy, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience Design Strategy at Health Care Service Corporation since February 2024. Previously, Nathan held various leadership roles at Allstate from March 2012 to March 2024, including Director of P&C Operations and Service Design, where responsibility encompassed service operations with a team of 2,000 associates, and Director of Operational Analytics and Workforce Management, overseeing data governance and workforce management for 3,500 employees. Nathan has also served as Senior Manager for both Policy Administration and Industrial Engineering, where significant contributions included leading large teams and founding an Industrial Engineering group to enhance operational efficiency. Earlier in Nathan's career, Nathan was an Engineering Project Manager at ALPLA, managing manufacturing facility projects and significantly reducing build times. Nathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Business Management from the University of Iowa.
