Tim Kelso is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in IT leadership and software quality assurance across multiple sectors, particularly in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director of IT Delivery at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since December 2012, Tim is responsible for IT leadership within the Government Product Line and oversees the implementation of critical software platforms. Previous roles include senior management positions at Wipro Technologies and ITech Consulting Group, where Tim successfully managed multimillion-dollar portfolios and drove significant growth through innovative service development. Tim's career also includes pivotal positions at Verizon Information Services, viaLink, and MCI, encompassing a broad range of technical and managerial responsibilities.
