Justin Dasher

Justin Dasher has held various positions in the workforce since 2011. Justin began their career at Schramm, Inc. as a Manufacturing Engineer Co-op. In 2013, they moved on to Aeropostale, where they worked as a Sales Lead and was responsible for setting an example for other Sales Associates, assisting with store operations, and interacting with customers. In 2015, they were contracted to SCA Americas as an AutoCad Specialist and was tasked with ensuring Solidworks files and drawings were up to standard. In 2016, they began working at Siemens as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Systems Engineer I. In 2022, they moved on to Ghost Robotics as a Business Analyst. Finally, in 2023, they began working at HVAC Control Technology - A Fidelity Company as a Project Manager.

Justin Dasher obtained their High School Diploma from MMI Preparatory School in 2010. Justin then attended Widener University from 2010 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2015, they obtained their Engineer In Training certification from NCEES. In 2018, they began attending West Chester University of Pennsylvania and earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA in 2020. In February 2022, they obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
