Julia H. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development and project management within the beauty and fragrance industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and Head Of Project Management UK at HCT by kdc/one since March 2015, Julia oversees multiple new product development projects from inception to launch, specializing in various makeup products and tools. Prior to this role, Julia held the position of New Product Development Manager at Designer Parfums, managing the process for both mass and prestige fragrance brands. Julia's career also includes significant contributions at Heathcote & Ivory, where a range of roles involved product management and development for toiletries and home fragrance, and a creative start at Minimo as a Freelance Designer. Julia holds a Distinction MA in Design, Strategy & Innovation from Brunel University London and a BA in Furniture & Product Design from Nottingham Trent University.
