Michael Tom

Michael Tom is an experienced engineering professional specializing in civil and infrastructure design. Currently serving as a Design Engineer at HCT - Hadarom Container Terminal since January 2019, Michael collaborates on design strategies, budget management, and permit procurement while overseeing project progress. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Engineer at Natan Tomer Engineering, where detailed designs and feasibility assessments were conducted, and as a Project Manager at Nairda Limited, managing construction initiatives and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Earlier roles included responsibilities as a Road Designer at Decker Building & Engineering Ltd, focused on infrastructure development for the Tel Aviv Metropolitan Light Railway Red Line. Michael holds a Master of Environmental Science in Civil Engineering from York University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
