Cyndy Gordon

Cyndy Gordon has extensive experience in healthcare leadership, currently serving as the Patient Care Executive at Adventist Health since April 2018. In addition, Cyndy holds the position of Interim COO at Rideout Health through HCT Executive Interim Management & Consulting since June 2017 and is the CEO of Gordon Healthcare Consulting Inc., providing interim management solutions for healthcare organizations. Previously, Cyndy served as CEO and Chief Nursing Officer at Shasta Regional Medical Center from July 2007 to June 2017 and was a Board Member at Shasta Community Health Center from 2008 to 2015. Cyndy earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Deaconess College of Nursing and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
