Ryan Felps has a diverse and extensive work experience. Ryan started their career at Big Bend Telephone Company in 2005, where they worked as an O.S.P.T/Microwave RF Tech./CO Tech. Their responsibilities involved developing and deploying rural broadband solutions, with a focus on fiber optics, carrier equipment, and radio technologies. Ryan worked on back-haul radio hops off existing Co's and broadband loop carriers.
