Gervas Taylor (Bo)

Gervas (Bo) Taylor is a seasoned construction professional with over three decades of experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as General Superintendent at Breeden Construction since December 2018, Gervas has also taken on leadership positions such as Senior Superintendent for significant projects like the Willis Aspire and The Lofts at Front Street. Previously, Gervas held roles at SAGA Construction & Development, achieving notable successes in managing luxury residential projects. A founder and Chairman of the Board for the Outer Banks Community Development Corp., Gervas has been instrumental in developing affordable housing initiatives in Eastern North Carolina. Additional experience includes serving on the Board of the NC Joint Underwriting Association and managing Bo Taylor Homes Inc., which completed over 400 projects. Gervas holds a Master's degree in Urban Studies from Old Dominion University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Hampden-Sydney College.
