Byron Fang

Downstream Process Development Scientist at HCW Biologics

Byron Fang has held various roles since 2013. Byron began their career as a Fishing Guide for BF Fishing Tours. Byron then became a Staff at Herbert Wellness Center in the same year. In 2015, they were an Intern at the Center for Computational Science. In 2016, they were a Clinical Research Associate at Jackson Memorial Hospital. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Medical Scribe (ER) at PhysAssist Scribes, Inc. Since 2019, they have been a Research Associate at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine. In 2021, they began working as a Downstream Process Development Scientist at HCW Biologics.

Byron Fang began their education in 2008 at Methacton High School, graduating in 2012. Byron then attended the University of Miami, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry in 2016. In 2020, Byron began a Master of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, which they are still pursuing. Additionally, they hold a certification in CPR/AED from the American Red Cross.
