Neicy G. has a strong background in the biotechnology and manufacturing industries. Neicy is currently working as an Associate Scientist in Downstream Process Development at HCW Biologics since June 2023. Prior to that, they held positions at Kimera Labs Inc, starting as a Manufacturing Science Technologist/Scientist I from August 2021 to December 2022, and then transitioning to the role of Manufacturing Science Technologist/Scientist II from December 2022 to June 2023.

Before joining Kimera Labs Inc, Neicy worked at Goodwin Biotechnology, Inc. as an Associate Scientist I from October 2018 to August 2021. Neicy also worked as a Downstream Manufacturing Associate from January 2018 to October 2018. Prior to that, they gained experience as a QC Technician at IQ Formulations from July 2016 to January 2018.

Neicy started their career at the Center of Molecular Immunology, where they worked as a Specialist III in innovation, development, and research from September 2013 to December 2015.

Neicy G. obtained their Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the "Jose Antonio Echeverría" Higher Polytechnic Institute (CUJAE) from 2008 to 2013. Prior to this, they attended the "Osvaldo Herrera Gonzalez" Polytechnic Institute from 2005 to 2008, where they pursued Computer Science Technician courses.
