Sara Mueller

Sara Mueller, MBA, has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and development. Sara'smost recent role was as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at HCW. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Human Resources Director at Aimbridge Hospitality and the Director of Human Resources at Hilton Hotels & Resorts. Sara also has experience as the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Stone Trucking/Action Resources, the Director of Human Resources at Asbury Communities, Inc., the Director of Human Resources at Hyatt Regency Tulsa-Aimbridge Hospitality, and the HR Manager at Marriott Hotel. In these positions, Sara was responsible for overseeing various HR functions, such as policy development, compliance, recruitment, and performance management.

Sara Mueller, MBA, is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership at Argosy University Atlanta. Sara began their PhD program in 2016 and it is still in progress. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources at UOP Tulsa, OK from 2007 to 2009.
