Heather Dameron, CMP, is an accomplished event planning and marketing professional with a passion for creating meaningful experiences that engage employees. Currently serving as the Owner & Chief Experience Creator at HD Events, Heather delivers custom event solutions and manages all aspects of event planning. Previously, they held roles such as Campaign & Communications Director for an election campaign and Director of Event Strategy & Recruiting at Journeys, where they built programs to attract and retain talent. Heather's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Samford University and certifications in Meeting and Event Planning from Belmont University.
