Will Rauber has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Will is currently the Co-Founder of The Penguin Collective, a position they have held since 2023. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at HD Davis CPAs, LLC from 2021 to the present. Will also worked at Aim Transportation Solutions, where they were the Assistant Controller from 2020 to 2021 and then became the Director of License & Permitting from 2009 to 2020. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Hill, Barth & King LLC from 2006 to 2009, where they performed audit, review, and compilation procedures for clients.
Will Rauber completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Youngstown State University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university from 2002 to 2006. Their high school education was completed at Hubbard High School from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their formal education, Will Rauber obtained certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers in March 2019.
