The Engineering and Quality Assurance team at HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe ensures the superior performance and reliability of our machinery. The team includes a Technical Trainer who educates dealers and customers on the optimal use of equipment, a Quality Engineer responsible for rigorous testing and pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and an A/S Service Engineer who provides after-sales support and troubleshooting. Together, they maintain our commitment to high standards and customer satisfaction across Europe.
