Nicole Lashbrook has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Nicole currently works at HD Nursing as a Program Management Office Manager, a role they started in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Clinical Implementation Specialist at HD Nursing starting in March 2021.

In 2020, Nicole worked at Baldwin & Shell Construction Company as a Project Coordinator from February 2020 to March 2021.

From 2012 to 2019, Nicole served as the Executive Director of St. Joseph's Helpers of Pulaski County, where they directed nonprofit operations, managed a large staff and volunteer team, and implemented organizational changes to promote growth and efficiency.

Nicole Lashbrook began their education in 1991 at the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science. Nicole completed their studies in 1995.

Later, Nicole obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF), specializing in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations. This certification was obtained in January 2020 from the Project Management Institute.
