George P. Bush

George P. Bush is an accomplished attorney and business leader currently serving as Managing Partner and Partner at Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, and Principal at Michael Best Strategies, as well as a member of the Board of Advisors at HData. Bush has a notable history of public service, including roles as Chairman of the Texas School Land Board and Texas Land Commissioner, overseeing the management and sale of land for the Permanent School Fund and providing low-interest land loans to Texas veterans. Additionally, Bush ran for Texas Attorney General and served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a Lieutenant. An alumnus of Rice University and The University of Texas School of Law, Bush co-founded Pennybacker Capital and held various leadership positions in real estate investment firms throughout their career.
