Neil Chatterjee is a Board Member at HData. Neil was previously a Policy Advisor at the United States Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell's office in Washington DC, advising on Energy, Agriculture, and Environmental policy. Neil also served as the Kentucky staff liaison to the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Forestry, and Nutrition. Chatterjee has also worked as the Principal of Legislative Advocacy at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association (NRECA) in Arlington VA, where they advocated for the interests of the non-profit electric cooperatives providing electricity and other services to over 42 million American consumers in 47 states. Chatterjee began their career as a Policy Advisor to US Representative Deborah Pryce at the United States House Republican Conference in Washington DC.
Neil Chatterjee attended the University of Cincinnati for their Juris Doctor degree and St. Lawrence University for their undergraduate degree.
