Dr. Marc Oliver Juenemann

Dr. Marc Oliver Juenemann serves as Vice President at DEG since May 2009, focusing on private equity investments in emerging markets and developing countries. Juenemann has also held significant roles such as Senior Investment Manager for impact investments in financial institutions and as a Non Executive Director at Indonesia Infrastructure Finance and Rent2Own Myanmar Ltd. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Vice President at HSH Nordbank and various consultancy roles at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. Juenemann holds a Doctor of Economics from The University of Göttingen and has completed executive education at IESE Business School.
