Narendra Ghate

Narendra Ghate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service design, innovation, and financial inclusion. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at HDFC Bank since September 2022, Narendra is focused on digital simplification for financial inclusion. Prior to this, a significant tenure at Tata Elxsi from August 1997 to September 2022 included roles such as Head of Research, UX, and Service Design, as well as Head of Innovation Labs and Transportation Design. Responsibilities included expanding retail and experience design offerings, managing an IP portfolio, and delivering high-innovation product design projects. Early career experience includes a role as Design Engineer at Mirc Electronics.
