Niketa Thakar

Niketa Thakar is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in strategic and business management within the technology and digital sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Vice President in the CIO Office at HDFC Bank since May 2019, Niketa has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President for Tech & Digital Strategic Initiatives and IT Business Management. Prior to HDFC Bank, Niketa worked at RBS from June 2010 to May 2019, where roles included Vice President for Performance Consulting and Regional Management for Asia. Earlier experience also includes positions at DTZ and an internship at UBS Investment Bank. Niketa holds a Master's degree in Management Studies with a focus on Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Computers, both from the University of Mumbai.
