Prasad Tawde

Prasad Tawde is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in information and cyber security, currently serving as Vice President at HDFC Bank from April 2015 to December 2024. In this role, Prasad oversees various domains including regulatory compliance, cloud security, and privilege access management. Previously, Prasad held leadership positions at HDFC Bank, including Deputy Vice President and Assistant Vice President - Unit Head IT, managing IT operations and projects focused on end-user computing and remote access solutions. Prior to HDFC Bank, Prasad worked as a Senior Manager at Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), where responsibilities included managing operations and support for over 1500 users. Prasad's career began as a Network Engineer at CMC LTD, where infrastructure was designed for Reliance RCP Site. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management from the National Institute of Management, Mumbai, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from SSPM’s COE, Mumbai University.
