Raman Arora serves as Senior Vice President II and Zonal Head for Retail Trade and Forex at HDFC Bank, overseeing retail operations across Western India and managing the Bank Note Business on a pan-India basis. With extensive experience in channel sales, customer solutions, and business development across numerous banking branches, Raman has implemented strategies to enhance customer experience and drive financial growth. Prior to HDFC Bank, Raman held senior management roles at The Bank of Punjab, leading regional initiatives in currency exchange and remittances. Raman is certified in International Trade and Finance from LIBF and IIBF, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Science from Guru Nanak Dev University.
