Senthilkumar Pazhamalai

Senthilkumar Pazhamalai is an accomplished professional with a strong background in HR technology and business transformation. Currently serving as Deputy Vice President at HDFC Bank since July 2019, Senthilkumar leads the planning and execution of HCM projects within the Digital HR portfolio. Prior experience includes a tenure as Senior Manager at Welspun Group, where accountability for SAP IT project implementations was demonstrated, and a role as Senior Project Manager at Great Place to Work Institute, overseeing the operational performance of India's largest workplace recognition study. Senthilkumar also contributed to SCNext as Vice President for India, driving initiatives within the organization.
