Sunny Bala

Sunny Bala is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in banking and product management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager and Service Head for UPI & CBDC at HDFC Bank since January 2024, Sunny has previously held significant positions at ICICI Bank as a Deputy Branch Manager and at Axis Bank as a Deputy Manager. Additional experience includes a role as Business Head at SHK Ventures and Senior Officer in Grievance Redressal at YES BANK. Sunny holds a Postgraduate Degree in Finance Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Welingkar Institute of Management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Insurance from the University of Mumbai. Education also includes attendance at Ryan International School from 2002 to 2007.
