Surya Balaji

Surya Balaji is a knowledgeable professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Deputy Manager at HDFC Bank since December 2022, Surya leads a team in the card's transaction monitoring division within the Risk and Controls unit. Prior to this, Surya held the position of Cluster Manager at Trend Loud, focusing on enhancing client onboarding and maintaining communication with clients. Surya has also worked as a Digital Content Executive and in several roles at Paragon Digital Services Pvt Ltd, including Quality Analyst and Senior Process Specialist, where responsibilities included content management and analytics. Surya began a career as a Research Analyst at BMR Advisors, contributing to media and entertainment industry research. Surya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Saveetha School of Engineering.
